I took the shuttle from Flume Trail Bikes to the Tahoe Rim & Flume Trail epic. The staff was friendly, efficient, drove us to the trail head safely, and the price was very reasonable at $22 with tax.

3 rentals in a week - great bikes, great service and rides that simply can’t be replicated…we did both the Flume and the Tahoe Rim Trail-so very worth the time…

Overall, my brother and I are very satisfied with our experience at Flume Trail Bikes. I think some of your staff, one person in particular, needs to improve their customer service. As we were checking in for our appointment and bike rental, he seemed annoyed, and possibly not in the right mind. We brushed it aside and didn’t let his attitude affect our overall experience. He may just had a bad day. Thank you for the great experience!

We rented bikes to take on the trail and so happy we did. The service was spectacular and they answered any questions that we had on how to operate the bikes. The trail has so many beautiful spots to stop at along the way. I definitely recommend!!
