This is a point one can see the valley beyond from high cliff. Sun set time is most awesome to watch from this place. Mesmerising beauty of nature.

Nice trail with few people. At the beginning the trail is quite narrow and some bushes might be growing into the path. Can be muddy in spring/early summer. Has usually plenty of creeks crossing the trail where you could refill your water bottles (maybe you want to purify/clean it first). Towards the peak of El Capitan you will most likely encounter numerous mosquitos (especially later in the evening). So bring some bug spray and have some long sleeves clothes with you. However, the view on the peak of El Capitan is well worth it and there are some nice spots for overnight camping with pre established fire pits. If you have enough time you should also stop at Eagle's Peak which has an even better view. Parking is usually available at the trailhead and they have a bear box near the parking spots.
