Amazing area for climbing. I am not into rock climbing or rope climbing, so I can't speak for those climbs. But for bouldering there are some excellent options. Going in gearless,I found some great 15-25ft cliffs and boulders easily climbed from the bottom. Great spot for just exploring and trying out various types of climbs. Some glorious crimp holds scattered about.

Great natural rock formations for climbing with bolts for top roping and for lead climbing . There are alot of bouldering routes , including many routes for beginners or even little ones to learn balance and technique. a book of all routes has been published and may still be a available . The granite rock is pretty clean granite and has been a climbing destination for decades and provides low boulder routes to 70 ft plus, vertical faces with a roof . This area has been used for rescue training and mountaineering training because of its vertical face features. It also is a great area to explore and hike as the highest cliffs can be ascended by foot without ropes from the back side, and provide a panoramic view of the Spokane River and Spokane Valley.

Its was great except for the graffiti on the ancient rock formations in glaring and tacky presentation. It takes away from the natural experience.
