The entire experience was so cool. Emilio is an entertaining and knowledgeable tour guide and was so good at ensuring that everyone was enjoying the experience and remained safe throughout.
There are also fun little trinkets and souvenirs in the gift shop. My kids and I loved panning for rocks and gems right outside the cave entrance.
I am looking forward to going back to explore the hiking trails, since I only made it to the cave tour this time with my kids.

Emilio was a great guide. Explaining many aspects during the tour including the history of how the cave has developed over the many years it has existed. We enjoyed the gift shop and the many souvenirs they had available. The group was about 15 people and Emilio woul repeat some items for those of us at the end of the group when single file was required. We took the classic tour which lasted about 50 minutes. Watch for discount codes as we receive a $5 per person on top of senior and military rates. Enjoyed it and will go again

Erick smells so good!
One of the best cave tours I’ve been on. We were not rushed and Erick was knowledgeable and had unlimited dad jokes. The cave is not too difficult to walk though. It has just enough stairs to make it feel like you are indeed cave exploring. The gift shop is filled with rocks, souvenirs and friendly employees. The rock bag you purchase to find those lucky rocks are worth it! I would love to visit this attraction again next time I’m In Arizona.

Explored this cave Jan 3/2025. Dalton was a very informative tour guide (should mention how handsome he is 😂). The tour was amazing and definitely worth seeing. I need to mention that not only was Dalton great but I was very impressed with the overall customer service received. Tony, the general manager, actually went out of his way & mailed me my coat that I forgot there ! I can't thank them enough for their excellence! Thank you !

This is a must see! My wife and I did the classic cave tour with guide Adam. Adam was FANTASTIC!! He is super knowledgeable about the cave, has tons of great jokes (even the dad jokes are great). He also shared interesting ghost tales and awesom history and connections to bandits and bank robbers. Everyone we interacted at the park was great. The cave itself was beautiful and very cool to see. Be sure to read the instructions they provide, DO NOT BRING A SWEATER. It’s a warm cave so it stays 71 degrees at all times. If you are looking to explore a fun and interesting place this is definitely worth the stop.
