It’s nice. Too expensive for what they offer overall. The adventure park is fun but not enough things to do. It would be better if they operated the scenic lifts during the week.

We stayed at the Country Inn (main lodge). We attended a church function over a long weekend (Friday - Tuesday). The resort is located near beautiful mountains and natural waterways. The staff were friendly, accommodating for my elderly mother and professional. The resort is family friendly. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and made suggestions to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food served during our stay was delicious. The kitchen staff (Kim) assisted with carrying my mother's plate, which was very kind of her to offer. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and furnished. I had a king sized bed, sleeper sofa, double vanity sinks and kitchenette. This was our first time in Massachusetts and at the resort. The staff left a positive impression on us. We'd definitely stay again at this resort. I highly recommend this resort to any one wanting a relaxing and beautiful weekend getaway!

The resort is nice and inexpensive, but the room conditions are good. But the beds are Horrible! The mattresses are old worn out and well used. Not comfortable, uneven, worn out! But the rooms are nice and the views are decent. The service is great and the people too. The adventure park is a blast for the whole family. A lot of things to do, but after 5pm the bar closes, and the restaurant on the third floor is only open during winter. Christensen's tavern I believe closes at either 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. The country store on property is nice but expensive. Jiminiys website says hot breakfast included. But it's not included with your room stay. It's premade breakfast and other options at the country store for extra. But overall a family-friendly budget-friendly vacation option. I do recommend this place especially if you have children. Or just want a beautiful view in a quiet area.

Amazing place!! I love the whole design of the place! I especially enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi and pool that were open in November😂. Plus, you can use the saunas and indoor jacuzzi when it’s too cold out for ya😜. Not to mention, the lady at the front desk was VERY helpful. For example, I didn’t realize that the coffee bar closed at 6PM, but she unlocked the case for me to use it! Only problem was that it let us request for 2 beds, but the lady at the front desk said that they only have one bed rooms with a pull out couch. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you guys so much! Keep up the great work!

We decided last minute to make a trip from Schenectady to ride the Mountain Coasters. I can not say enough about the staff. They were professional, fun and made the experience that much better. Every single employee genuinely seemed happy to be there to make sure guests were having fun!!!!
