Private Field Trip in Lombard: Entire Inflatable Facility for Schools & Youth Groups

FIELD TRIP (100% Private-Entire Facility) - Lombard, IL sits in Lombard, Illinois, offering schools, day cares, and youth groups an entirely private indoor inflatable experience. Book the whole facility for up to 40 kids and turn a class trip or group celebration into an easy, high-energy day without the logistics of shared public sessions. Inside you'll find a main bounce arena filled with commercial-grade inflatables designed for continuous play, plus exclusive celebration rooms reserved for your group. The package includes cleanup and allows outside food, which makes planning lunches and allergy-safe snacks simple. On the day, safety rules are enforced by on-site staff and scheduling is flexible to match school timetables, so teachers and chaperones can focus on supervising and enjoying the event rather than laboring over details. What makes this field-trip option stand out in the Lombard area is that it removes the crowd factor entirely: your group has sole access to inflatables, party rooms, and restroom facilities. That privacy reduces transitions, shortens lines, and lowers anxiety for younger participants. For schools and organizations coordinating transportation, the one-site solution means fewer moving parts and a predictable schedule — valuable when chaperone ratios are tight. Key features: unlimited bouncing on commercial inflatables, private celebration rooms, on-site staff enforcing safety, all cleanup handled, and outside food allowed. Unique operational details include capacity capping at 40 kids and flexible block-booking that accommodates school-day hours. While this facility is indoors and not a traditional outdoor recreation spot, it functions as reliable bad-weather contingency for groups who otherwise plan park outings in Lombard and the surrounding suburbs. Lombard is a suburban community in DuPage County and a practical home base for field trips originating in nearby towns. Local educators often rotate between parks and indoor playspaces during variable spring and fall weather; this private facility fills that niche with a turnkey, low-stress alternative. Plan to arrive with a roster and any medical forms handy; staff will brief chaperones on rules and emergency procedures. Accessibility and parking details were not provided in the listing; confirm those at booking. With thoughtful supervision and clear rules, this private day becomes an energetic, well-managed memory for students and organizers alike. When booking, ask about available time blocks, late pickup policies, and whether they provide waiver forms you can send to parents in advance. Typical recommendations are one adult per 8–10 children for younger grades and one per 10–12 for older kids; confirm the facility’s preferred chaperone ratio. Pack labeled water bottles, extra socks, and a change of clothes for messy or sweaty kids. If transportation uses school buses, coordinate drop-off and pick-up zones with staff to avoid congestion. Expect a short orientation on entry and clear signage inside.
