I can’t believe the size of these sand dunes! Great ORV park. We have a SxS but we saw Jeeps, trucks, dune buggies, ATV & bikes while we were there. Great option to take a lunch and eat at the beach. The ORV park is parallel to a strip of beach. There are picnic tables along the beach. I actually gave the guys an hour to “turn it up a notch” without me while I enjoyed watching the waves.

I've been going here since I was little and I absolutely love it! The dunes do get a bit boring after a while (especially if you go often), but if you're with a group of people, it's pretty fun. I'm usually here with a group of Ford Raptors, so the jumps and racing are always amusing. Definitely be careful when going up hills, slow down, and make sure no one is coming before you soar over a hill, especially if the area isn't directional. Or have someone on top of the hill to let you know when it's clear. The sand dunes are safe as long as you're mindful of your surroundings and have control over your vehicle.

Been coming here since I was a little kid and now I take my kids here. Nothing beats the views and that soft, Lake Michigan Sand. Great small town feel, with plenty to keep you busy. Love going to the Lake or Sunset Hill in the ORV Park to watch the sunsets. One of the best treasures in Michigan!

Very fun and safe if you keep your head up with some common sense. (Tip for new sand dune operators, air down further than you think or feel comfortable with. No more than 12psi.)
