I have been working with Liberty since the early 90's and have always been satisfied with the help/parts/bikes that they have given me. I have even called them while out West. My bike had some fork trouble and I needed a new fork. It was a warranty replacement and I called Liberty and they contacted the shop I was in and helped facilitate my getting a replacement shock for my bike....on the spot! That is the kind of help that I have always gotten from them.

Love coming here! Visiting from upstate NY. The people that work here really make for a great experience because they actually ride bikes. Glad to hear that this shop didn't sell out, like some of the others, and become a corporate owned shop. Good for you guys! Keep on keeping it local! 蘭

Lost a ABP pivot nut on my Trek Slash. Chris found the part in stock for me. A quick trip to the service dept had me inspected and installed and ready for more trails. As an out of towner I really appreciated the quick assist. It allowed me to plan additional rides for the week. Kudos Liberty. Well done.

Worked with Sam for digital saddle mapping a few months ago and we made some changes again today. His knowledge, patience and kindness made for a great fit experience! I truly felt he was invested in making my cycling experience comfortable and I’ve recommended several friends to come see him. I drive 1.5 hours from Greenville to work with him and it’s worth it! Thanks Sam!
