Elmore State Park offers a charming blend of overnight camping, a day-use area by the lake, and scenic hiking opportunities. To access the lake and hiking trails, a day-use fee is required, and the hours are from 10 AM until the official sunset. The campground gate remains open throughout the season, allowing campers the freedom to come and go as they please.

Wonderful location and friendly staff! Beautiful views of a ton of different types of trees and a gorgeous view of the lake. Had a quiet spot close to the restrooms and free fill up water. Cell phone service signal is really bad here so make sure you bring a Wi-Fi Box or a Cellphone booster, other than that our experience was incredible, parking for our VanLife RV Van was Spacious. We will definitely be back and tell others about this place too.

The beach area is clean and a great spot to relax and soak in the sun. The park's campground is excellent, with spacious, well-kept sites that provide a peaceful retreat in the woods. The facilities are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Elmore State Park is perfect for families, solo adventurers, and anyone looking to experience Vermont's natural beauty. It's a serene and inviting place that I highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable outdoor experience.
