Great camping with a lot of space!! There is good distance between campsites, 3 different spots to swim and the forest is really nice! Don’t forget quarters for the shower 😉

Nice place to sleep! The camp we chose was lovely and had a beautiful view!
There are a lot of places in the camp where you can have a beautiful view! The beach is cozy and calm! You need sandals to go into the water if you don't want to get hurt by the rocks!
One of the bad things is that no one had told us that to shower, you need four 25¢ to start the water for 4 minutes! And you can't get change if you only have your cards (none of us had cash since we pay everything by card)!
The other bad thing was that no one came and told us the hours you're allowed to make noise, so we thought it was 23h like a lot of camping we went before! And instead of asking us to stop making noise or to tell us the “noise” hours, the others campers just call security which came ONE HOUR after the maximum “noise” hour...

Another great Vermont State Park. By far the most crowded but it's also the start of leaf peeping. Even with the full park we had the beach to ourselves most of the day and it's a great swimming beach. Clean bathrooms, little areas for gathering, and enforced quiet times. It's a bit more spread out (takes a bit to drive around) than some of the other parks and it seemed like the spaces (for tents/lean-tos) were closer together but the reserve is so quiet, beautiful, and close we'll be back.

Beautiful location. Large, private campsites. Many have amazing views. Clean bathrooms with flush toilets. Boat launch. Volleyball court.

Had an amazing time at the Little River State park. Sites vary from remote to near the washroom blocks, lean-to's and little cabins.
In walking distance to the boat launch and beach, the sites also vary in size between just enough for a car/tent to sites bigger for a trailer & numerous cars (family and friends visits).
Washrooms were clean and so were the showers (remember your quarters; $0.50 for 4 minutes to $1.25 for 12 mins and yes the hot water is really that 😊).
Boat launch had a small dock and parking for the trailer a little further up.
Beach had areas to sit, roaped off area to swim and picnic table to eat lake side.
Nice hiking trails located not to far from the camp sites and each had a little area to park.
On-site wood for purchase was also reasonable, dry and only $6 per bundle of 6 to 8ish logs.
All in all I can now understand why this is such a popular VT State Park!
