I’ve camped here and at fish creek since childhood. Things have changed quite a bit over the years but will always be a good little escape from daily life. Bring a yack and pitch a tent, sit by the fire and relax. All good times here at Rollins

Great campground if you can get a site. Most sites are booked as soon as they are available to book and people are doing some shady stuff to ensure that they get their favorite spots for as long as they want. Also, all good number of sites are closed this year for rehabilitation so the number of sites available is further limited by this.

I was camping at that campground when I was young in the 80's and 90's. It is surprising how the place did not change since then. So it brings back good old memories and all that magic entangled to the place. Because it is in the Adirondack, the air and the water is so pure, it is like going to a rejuvenation center. Also, it is somewhat in the mountains, so it can rain and be cold; make sure to bring your jacket even in summer.

Stayed for two nights and loved it! Rollins Pond Campground has campsites that are much more private than Fish Creek Pond Campground, which you have to drive through to get to Rollins Pond. I was not aware of this upon arrival, so I initially got confused about where to go, but was pleasantly surprised about the privacy as a result.
The campground has flush toilets, our site had a little dock to get into the lake, and it's the perfect location to visit the Adirondacks. Overall, we were very happy with our stay! I'd return in a heartbeat.

I've been coming camping with my whole family every year since I was 6 years old. 26 years total! It's very relaxing, my cell phone doesn't get service but it's nice to shut off! We rented bikes from the little store and rode them all the way to rollin pond site 134 and back and finished the whole loop highly recommend
