Bash Bish Falls is one of the nicest waterfalls in all of Massachusetts. The trail to the falls was quick and easy. I highly recommend visiting Bash Bish Falls in Mount Washington, Mass.

A must visit if you are in western MA. A great hike through the woods for a spectacular view like this is worth the trip. Fortunately I was there on a Thursday morning at nine in the morning and I was the only there and it was amazing. The stairs going down to the falls is closed off but you can still get some amazing views.

9.15.24 Our 1st visit here. Followed gps to the parking area to the trail head. FYI, there's a porta potty there plus closer to the falls. The hike down is easy but very rocky, so be smart and wear hiking boots or sneakers. We actually saw people in flip-flops. Don't be those people. There are lots of photo opportunities as the falls are visible from afar and close by. It's quite beautiful in the fall, but also at any time I'd presume. Free to explore.

Beautiful views both on the way to the falls and at the falls. The stairs closer by the falls are fenced off to protect the sensitive nature of the falls. We still got beautiful from afar!

One of the hidden gens of Massachusetts amazing hike and the best part you start in one state and end on another 😊 There are two ways in from NY and Mass for a shorter path take MA longer route NY both routes are amazing the view is one of a kind. Highly recommended I have done it both winter and summer and is great during both times.
